Too warm to do something else than beach :)

Flinders hills

Between the sea and wilmingto there are some hills called the flinders. It is a national park where nobody come :) It is nice but warm (40 degrees)

Wide, Wild and nobody

 there is a small canyon

 We found a small restaurant along the road

 we tried the typical south australian dish : THE PIE FLOATER, it is a pea soup with a floating meat pie

So dry, so there are often fire...

Rodeo in Wilmington

Every year there is a rodeo night in wilmington, south australia. All outback people join the party.

After 4hours of driving, 1st step build the tent :)

 It was just warm maybe 38 degrees the evening.

Murray river trip : Mildura - Wentworth - Swanhill

 The Murray is a huge river.
Because of the floodings the edges of the river were full of water

 Along the road in Mildura area, there are plenty of small houses where you can buy fruits and vegetebales, just take it and give money in a pot.

Murray river is well known for its steam boats

And also for its old cable ferry working 24/24H everyday to cross the river.
